I am not getting renewal reminders
Check that notifications are allowed for Subvue in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Subvue, and that Renewal notifications is on in Subvue → Settings. Each subscription also has its own “Remind me before” setting — make sure it is not set to Off. Reminders arrive at 9:00 in the morning, local time.
How do I move my subscriptions to a new iPhone?
On the old phone open Settings → Export data and save the file to iCloud Drive or Files. On the new phone install Subvue, open Settings → Import data and choose that file. Because nothing is stored on our side, the export file is the only way to move your data.
A renewal date looks wrong
Open the subscription and check the billing cycle and the next billing date. Subvue moves the date forward by one cycle each time it passes, so a wrong cycle (for example monthly instead of yearly) shifts every future date. Edit it and the reminders are rescheduled automatically.
How do I change the currency?
Settings → Currency. Auto follows your iPhone’s region; you can also pick one of the 12 supported currencies. Subvue does not convert between currencies, so enter each amount in the currency you choose.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Reset all data deletes every subscription on the device. Deleting the app removes everything too. There is no account and no copy on any server, so there is nothing else to delete.
How do I get a refund?
Subvue is sold by Apple on the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find Subvue and choose “Request a refund”.
